Integer Division Operator (\)

Divides two numbers and returns an integer result.

result = number1\number2

Arguments

result
Any numeric variable.
number1
Any numeric expression.
number2
Any numeric expression.

Remarks

Before division is performed, numeric expressions are rounded to Byte, Integer, or Long subtype expressions.

If any expression is Null, result is also Null. Any expression that is Empty is treated as 0.
